I am a technologist, focusing on web-based applications built in PHP and Drupal, with more than 15 years of experience in various Information Technology roles. Now based in Washington, DC, I've worked for Zurich-Scudder investments, RiskMetrics Group, Segue Technologies, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TeleCommunication Systems, SAIC, AlphaTech, Internoded, and Boston University.
I highly enjoy the role of a consultant, helping organizations to find success with the effective use of technology and marketing. I'm a Zend Certified Engineer PHP5 and I am well-versed in both back-end and front-end development. I'm an amateur graphic designer and have been using Adobe Photoshop since the days when it was loaded from a Bernoulli Drive (1993).

Biscayne Contractors
Along with a new public website, Biscayne Contractors needed an application to manage project Bids for their construction business. This solution uses Drupal to combine CMS features for the public website with administrative functions to create Customers and Jobs, and to manage the Subcontractors that bid on the project. The data model is highly relational, and the system integrates with eFAX to send out hundreds of fax documents per project.

Sonoma Chicken
Sonoma Chicken was preparing to launch both new store designs and its franchise network, so the time was right for a complete website overhaul. The new Drupal-based site incorporates Google Maps for the Store Locations, as well as an Events Calendar and Email Newsletter Sign-up.
